Policy:

The institution's student data systems will require Two-Factor Authentication. In addition to entering their login credentials, users must verify their identity by providing a biometric Face ID or Touch ID, confirm login via a notification on their personal mobile device, or submit a verification code received on their mobile device. Users may choose to use Zoho OneAuth, that comes with four authentication modes:

• Face ID / Touch ID

• Push Notification

• Scan QR Mode

• Time Based OTP

Zoho OneAuth provides mechanisms for offline access as well. Optionally, users can enter a unique code generated by Google Authenticator or received on their mobile device via SMS or a voice call.
