Cancellations and withdrawals may be student requested (voluntary) or institution mandated (involuntary), and a student may request to be removed from a program at any time.

The student’s notification of cancellation/withdrawal may be conveyed to the institution in any manner; however, the preferred method is to submit a Withdrawal Request form (https://axoneducation.com/withdraw/).
