Students and employees are permitted access to their own records:

Students may contact Student Support Services to request access to records. A support ticket will be opened related to the request to track timing and delivery of the appropriate records.

Regulatory and accrediting agencies are permitted access to records according to the following criteria:

The institution will comply with requests to provide records and information made by appropriate regulatory and accrediting agencies where legally required or where compliance is dictated by accrediting guidelines. Such data will customarily be aggregated, but in certain circumstances based upon random selection, individual educational records may be inspected by regulatory and accrediting agencies.
