The institution will utilize best practices related to the acceptance and use of digital signatures by selecting and utilizing a limited number of providers that promote and use industry standards. When possible, the institution will utilize Zoho Sign as the preferred provider for document creation and will routinely allow third -party digital signature requests from DocuSign and Adobe Sign, while allowing officer-level employees to accept other requests at their own discretion.
