Policy Title: Enrollment Status
Conditional Enrollment is a preliminary census-status which allows a student to participate in a particular cohort or course section while attempting to fulfill the remaining criteria necessary to achieve Full Enrollment. To achieve Conditional Enrollment status, a candidate must fulfill three mandatory criteria:
1) The candidate must be admitted,
2) The candidate must make full payment or complete a contractual agreement to pay, and
3) The candidate must sign an Enrollment Agreement.
Conditional Enrollment status is continuously tested and may be revoked if it is determined that the student is no longer fulfilling all Conditional Enrollment criteria.
Full Enrollment – Full Enrollment is a census-status which indicates that a student is both Conditionally Enrolled and has met all Compliance Standards.
Full Enrollment status is continuously tested and may be revoked if it is determined that the student is no longer fulfilling all enrollment criteria.
The enrollment process may not be finalized without obtaining a personalized, completed and signed enrollment agreement from each prospective student that details the admission criteria, the nature of the education offered, and the demands of the educational offering.
The Maximum Course Duration (MCD) and the Maximum Instructional Duration (MID) are set for each course/program and are not impacted by enrollment status.
