Policy:

For routine coursework, students must have access to computers or handheld devices that provide access to the Internet, in addition to a web browser that is capable of functioning adequately with the institution’s existing courseware. Students must have an email account and routine access to that email account for course communications.

For proctored assignments, students must have access to a computer with a webcam, access to the Internet, access to a web browser that is capable of functioning adequately with the institution’s existing courseware, and a power cable that allows the device to be powered during use. Additionally, students must have access to a separate handheld Internet-capable device with videoconferencing technology and a power cable that allows the device to be powered during use. Lastly, the student must have access to a room or space with Internet access which is private enough to exclude the presence of other individuals for the duration of the proctored assignment.
