Tutoring is offered to all students on a first come first served basis. Students can schedule tutoring sessions at various times and dates, based on the schedule set by the tutors. Students utilize a calendar and appointment scheduler system in which tutors have placed their availability. These tutoring sessions are carried out either by video conference or phone conversation.

Students are required to schedule a session if they have failed a unit or readiness exam more than two times and after any subsequent failed attempt beyond two attempts is made. Students are encouraged, however, to schedule tutoring throughout their program as needed, not just when they meet the criteria above.

Limitations to tutoring*:
-Students may schedule up to two hours of tutoring per week.
-Students may schedule up to one hour of tutoring in a single day.
*Exceptions to these limitations may be made at the discretion of the Teaching Team.
