The institution only admits students for entire programs. A student’s transcript will not reflect successful completion of an individual course unless the student is successful in completing the entire program. Certain programs such as the EMT Basic program are comprised of a single course, while most other programs are comprised of multiple courses. Individual course-billing is not available except to students who were unsuccessful at their first attempt in a course who wish to retake the same course. In such cases there are no additional programmatic registration or programmatic application fees, however the tuition amount for retaking an individual course is 50% greater than the cost for the same course when calculated as a proportion of overall program tuition. The tuition for a single (retake) course will be calculated by dividing the overall program tuition (at the time of the retake) by the number of required courses and multiplying the resulting quotient by 1.5. Without regard to finances, students must be preapproved by the institution’s Teaching Team to retake a course.
