Various rebate opportunities exist for the institution students. Rebates will be issued to those who formally request the rebate online within 60 days of completing their program and meet all general rebate conditions (described below), as well as any additional conditions related to the specific rebate opportunity. If the student has a balance owing with the institution or with Tuition Finance Corporation (TFC) the rebate amount will be applied to the account. If the student does not have an open balance with the institution or TFC, the rebate will be issued in the form of a check, electronic transfer or cash transaction and will be completed within 30 days of the formal request.

Rebates are only available to individual students who contractually accept the financial responsibility for their own account. Rebates are not available to corporate entities, students whose account was paid directly by a corporate entity (sponsor), entities paying from an invoice, or any party other than the individual student.

General Rebate Conditions:

1) The student must successfully complete the course/program prior to the deadline established by the Maximum Course Duration.

2) The student must have remained financially current from the moment of enrollment until the student becomes eligible, and applies for the rebate. The student will be disqualified if there are any unresolved late fees or payment penalties with TFC.

3) Students must have attempted the post-certification licensing exam related to the course/program (NREMT Cognitive Exam for EMS programs) at least once within six weeks of graduation.

4) Students must complete a form requesting the rebate and provide current licensing exam results, licensing status, and employment information (for state and accreditor reporting purposes).
