Cancellation is defined as a student-initiated removal from a course that occurs within five days of the student’s signing of the Enrollment Agreement or before the student has completed any assignments.
1) A student may cancel at any time before the end of the fifth (5th) calendar day following the signing of the Enrollment Agreement and be eligible for a refund of all monies paid to the institution.
2) A student may cancel at any time after the end of the fifth (5th) calendar day following the signing of the Enrollment Agreement but before completing any assignments, and be eligible for a refund of all monies paid to the institution, minus:
A one-time Registration Fee per course of up to $200
A one-time Applicaton Fee per course of $75.00
A student-initiated cancellation will become effective at the point at which the student formally requests cancellation by sending an email including the request to: support@axoneducation.com, or by any other verifiable method of communication.
A student-initiated cancelation will NOT result in the issuance of a grade.
Upon cancellation, a student whose costs for education are paid in full, but not eligible for a refund, is entitled to receive all materials including kits and equipment.
