Policy:

Every applicant must provide specific, genuine documents to participate in for-credit educational programs. The submission of these documents is partially intended to verify the identity of the person who will be participating in the program, and the submission of any document that has been falsified, tampered with, or is found to not be representative of the person submitting the document will be considered a breach of the Academic Honesty policy.

Documents that must be submitted prior to admission include:
1) An Axon Education application
2) A government issued photo ID
3) Proof of graduation from High School or a GED*
4) A passing pre-admission assessment score and written essay response
5) A video essay

*Students with transcripts/diplomas in a language other than English must utilize a transcript translation service to ensure accurate interpretation of their academic records.
*Students with foreign transcripts/diplomas must utilize a transcript evaluation service to ensure accurate and proper interpretation of their academic records.
